Return Policy:

Modern Furniture takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible. All shipments should be inspected upon delivery, and any claim should be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 25% restocking fee and notification of return must be made no later than 24 hours after receipt of merchandise. 

Items must be in Original Packaging. Orders returned without the original packaging will have a minimum of a 25% restocking fee, if approved by a manager to return without the original packaging, this will depend on a case by case basis and what type of product it may be. 

If a customer requests to return within 24 hours from when they received it and it is still in the original packaging, there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee depending on the brand of the product in addition to shipping and return fees will be added as well.

Should the customer request to return merchandise after it was delivered, return reason: no longer needed, no longer wanted, changed mind, or accidental order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee's as well as the original shipping fees we the seller paid to have the order delivered originally.

Special Orders are not refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation. Returned items must be shipped back to Modern Furniture. in its original packaging, with no signs of use, wear, or damage. Upon receipt, Modern Furniture will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return.
